Affiliate Program Policy – Footballkitroom
1. Eligibility
To join our affiliate program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Own and operate a website, blog, or social media account that is related to sports, fashion, or general lifestyle content.
Not promote content that is illegal, offensive, or in conflict with our brand values.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Commissions
Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 8% on every eligible sale referred through their unique affiliate link.
Payment Threshold: Minimum payout is ₹500.
Cookie Duration: 7 days. If a customer purchases within 7 days of clicking your link, you receive the commission.
Exclusions: Commissions are not paid on canceled, returned, or refunded orders.
3. Payout Process
Payouts are made on a monthly basis, by the 15th of each month, for the previous month’s valid earnings.
Payments are made via [UPI and Bank Transfer].
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details and tax information (if applicable).
4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are expected to:
Use only approved brand assets and creatives.
Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases.”).
Avoid spamming or unethical promotion tactics (e.g., cookie stuffing, misleading claims).
Not bid on branded keywords such as “footballkitroom.in” in Google Ads or other search advertising platforms.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not promote Footballkitroom.in through:
Adult, gambling, or violent content
Sites promoting hate speech or discrimination
Illegal streaming or pirated content websites
Fake coupons or scam websites
Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account under the following conditions:
Breach of this policy
Fraudulent or suspicious behavior
Inactivity for 90+ days
Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.
7. Modifications
Footballkiitroom.in reserves the right to update this policy, commission structure, or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes via email.
