7 Day Return Policy:

All products purchased on footballkitroom.in must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund if you are not satisfied with the same. However, you will have to ship it at your own expenses to the below address:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It should be in the original packaging with the tags intact accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase/Invoice/Label.

The refund will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & tags.

No refund will be processed if we receive products with missing tags, or if we find any signs of damage like signs of usage on the product.

You will be sent an email or WhatsApp notification once the review of the product is complete and approved for refund.

Refund will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order except for cash on delivery (COD) orders. For order placed using cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option, the refund will be issued via UPI. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the product back.
